Checked to see if the points lady said she was applying to my account were applied abs they are not there!!!

Stayed at best western in Arizona, New Mexico when traveling back to North Carolina in 2021. There was an issue with A lot of noise, and there was the issue of the room not being held. Both times I was told 25,000 points would be placed in my account because of this. Upon checking today, I only saw 700 plus points. This is not acceptable!!!

User's recommendation: Make sure when you're told points will be applied because of slackers on their part, you get the points!!!!

Manager was supposed to call us back and never did!! We were ate up with bed bugs. We drive a truck and it was in the shop!!

User's recommendation: Don’t stay here!! Toliet didn’t flush without manually flushing it and table lamp was sorting out!! Was to expensive for what it was!! Bed bugs was horrible!! We usually stay at all best westerns across the US but now thinking there are others places to stay for that kind of money!! We even took some of the bedbugs down to show them and the girl said “ we just sprayed for them not long ago”. She said manager would get ahold of us and never did!! This was no customer service!!! If I don’t get some satisfaction I will hire a lawyer!! We driver a truck and if we brought any of those back in here with them best western will be paying to fumagate our truck!! I am not happy at all about this!!!

EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION

I usually stay at Best Western in Merriville Indiana when I come to town. Finding a hotel with great customer service & clean is becoming harder these days. With rates rising everywhere if we must pay high prices for services we want GOOD QUALITY service.s. Lenora who works at the Best Western in Merriville, IN is a top notch employee! She is professional when she speaks & her appearance, welcoming demeanor ALL THE TIME, knowledgeable bout company, very helpful. I almost refuse to reserve anymore unless I can do it with her. I hope her superiors really acknowledge her great worl ethic. We live in a world now where public service is less than pleasing, but understandable it's a difficult job. She is a great % of why I choose Best Western.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! It is ant infested and they know it, There are ant traps in rooms. Bathroom floor was covered that you couldnt even go to the bathroom. Moved to another room upstairs and same problem. Had to inspect everything as to not carry ants home! I have reported them to all agencys (OSHA AND Health Dept) and Best Western Corporate and their legal department and agencies adverting for them ex. Priceline etc.This is how bad it is,

Our bathroom was full of ants so bad you couldn’t use it without ants crawling over your feet. Moved us to another room which had a sink full of ants.

Had to inspect all belongings before leaving so we didn’t bring them home. Management was aware of it because had ant traps all over which I believe are not permitted because dangerous for children anf animals.

The best western in myrtle beach is very dangerous!! Me and my family just checked today and left today because we saw roaches in room!! A roach crawled on my wife head!! And we saw some in the bathro

The myrtle beach location was very rowdy and unsafe it was arguing between motorcycle gangs loud cursing and swearing my daughter, wife, and mother in law was with me!! We brought my mother in law there to celebrate her birthday!! Then a roach crawled on my wife head from the pillow in our bed!! We saw several in the bathroom!! My wife screamed really loud!! It awaken my mother in law and she ask me can we leave I said yes!! Turned in my keys and my mom said she never wants to visit there again!! It really ruined her birthday and really disappointed us all!! So we are driving now back to greenville sc!! 4 hours in the middle of night!! Because what we accured on your property!! I would really like to receive a full refund!! The manager said he would!! But I don't know if I could trust that!! My name is Darion Johnson my number is 216-312-****!!! The location is 1804 south ocean blvd myrtle beach sc 29577! Best western plus grand stand inn!! Please get back to me!! This was a disaster!!

Transaction ID: 2YB17358E818****C Amount: $ 112.17 Date: JAN 14, 2022 Hotel gorgeous in pictures depicted as a safe upscale hotel. Hotel and parking lot is infested with homelessness, multiple families living onsite, drug sales and use, crime, filth, disgusting and unsafe to take my small children there. There also endless Yelp reviews describing these details as well. Ccing Kirtis Ming with Channel 3 News, Fox 40, and all local media outlets.
